This menu is what we call “Scandinavian-ish”. We were inspired by the bright and colorful scenes of summer celebrations held across Scandinavian cultures, and wanted to play with flavors we don’t normally gravitate towards. We’re thrilled to share that this has been our most collaborative menu to date, with so much of the team contributing!
